At Online Go Ups SMC PVT.LTD. we aim to deliver high-quality digital services including AI-powered websites, automated funnels, WhatsApp Automated Follow-up, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, and digital marketing services. This policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Payment Policy

1.1 To initiate any project, Online Go Ups SMC Pvt Ltd requires full payment in advance. Clients must first share their complete project details for initial review and discussion. After the project scope has been mutually confirmed, the client is required to make 100% payment upfront.
Work will begin only after the full payment has been received and verified by our accounts department.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital services, the following items are non-refundable once work has started:

CRM Setup

Custom Integrations

Any service involving designing, development, or time-based work

2.2 Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered if:

Work has not yet started, and

You request a refund of your payment.

2.3 No Refund After Work Begins

Once work starts — including strategy planning, design, setup, or development — no refunds will be processed.

2.4 Digital Products / Lead Magnets

All digital downloads, strategy plans, PDFs, templates, and AI-powered materials are 100% non-refundable once delivered.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Project Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels the project:

The upfront payment is non-refundable.

Any completed work will be delivered “as it is.”

3.2 Cancellation by Company

Online Go Ups SMC PVT. LTD. reserves the right to cancel a project due to:

Non-cooperation

Delayed feedback beyond 14 days

Non-payment

Unethical or prohibited business activities

In such cases, no refund will be issued.
